I got the lower floor entrance check for the secret elevator floor, but I failed both checks on trying to open the door. The remaining options just cycle through each other, and I can't seem to progress. I started a new game, expecting the roll checks to come back, but I just ended up in the same softlock without being able to progress. Am I missing something?

That’s strange - you’re supposed to get a new option after failing both checks! If you close the game and open it again, it should allow you to start over completely. I’ll have a look at it today and patch it if there’s an issue!
