I bought 3 copies of the Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality, one for myself and two as gifts. Unfortunately, the gifted bundles are nowhere to be found! Has anyone else experienced this?

Neither recipient has received an email from itch.io (also checked spam folder). My credit card was charged and I received an email from itch.io for both gift purchases, but clicking the "gift purchase page" link in the emails leads to a 404 error page. I tried getting the recipients to access the download links I was emailed for the gifts, but they also get 404 error.

Not sure what to do, as itch.io support is understandably overloaded right now so I haven't heard back from them.

EDIT: Solved! I had my friends go to https://itch.io/docs/buying/already-bought and enter their email address, and they finally received the download link to the bundle!
