ello i bought this off the bundle and have... become extremely fixated on getting all the endings after my disappointment on getting the worst ending sucked me in. so uh, i played ng+ until i got my ending, and Right as i was going to advance (and mortimer was going to tell me about starting ng+ again, i assume) my less-than-healthy computer bluescreened. when i started up the game again my ending was logged in the gallery (utopia/usurper) but there was no new game+ option, only new game. i checked my save files and all my backups for the days have corrupted in their filenames - is there a way to save my ng+ now, or is my bluescreen beyond repair?

No worries! There are backups

Backup path: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Placeholder Gameworks\Death and Taxes\Saves

You can choose an earlier day save, rename it to Save.RIP and then overwrite the Save.RIP (or delete the old one beforehand) in the path %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Placeholder Gameworks\Death and Taxes\Saves

To open the folder conveniently you can just copy and paste that path into your Run app (Windows Key + R shortcut or type Run into the Windows search bar).
