Just thought I'd share this in case it helps anyone.

I was having issues with errors when finalising installation of the app on Win 10. (Something about butler.exe timing out when trying to connect to something.)

Anyway, turns out Windows was in the middle of doing updates (as usual), and needed to reboot to finish installing them.

So, try rebooting and opening the app again to finish installation.
