i enjoyed the demo on steam, didn't want to wait, bought the version here

and it won't start

the first time i started the game it got as far as entering a name, so i did, but the button didnt do anything, and there was no other way to exist the screen, it was effectively frozen tho i could still change the text in the name field

so i closed it in task manager and tried again, and now(and several tries since) and all i get is music and a blue background and nothing loads at all after that

so how should i deal with that?

I’ve just uploaded a new version, please download that first. Then please go to the following folder:

%APPDATA% on Windows $XDG_CONFIG_HOME or ~/.config on Linux ~/Library/Application Support on macOS

And delete the folder “core-defense”. Then start the game again. If you can’t save your profile, open the console with CTRL+SHIFT+I and copy the error message you see in the console.
