I was able to play before but now the game freezes whenever I click new game or load game. I've tried reinstalling the game but it didn't work, but the settings were saved so I think I need to delete it somewhere else that I can't find.

What platform are you on? What version were you using before?

Deleting your savefile might do it,  you can find it at C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\LocalLow\Fishlicka\Juice World and it'll be named savedGames.something
