Im in the middle of high school rn but i can reply
you know carrot, tomato, lettuce,cucumber, wheat, potatos etc (they can have diffrent food points if you want)
fruits would be cool too strawberry's, apples, peach, pear, cherry's etc (these can too)
and a mini boss like my idea is you know mario the Piranha Plant that could be a mini boss in the swamp that would be AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Hey Jordan,
Thank you so much for the feedback. I though of adding plant variations but decided against it because I felt they would all do the same thing. For different plants to work well there should be a cooking mechanic or something. My plan now in order to keep the food stuff simple is to add a whole row of buildable objects everytime you upgrade the house. Each upgrade will get 1 plant, 1 tree, 2 Defense items, 1 survivor controlled item, 2 Offensive items, and 1 Special. The later trees will have fruit and wood and the plants will will have different grow times and yeild amounts.
I'm working on some crocodiles for the swamp, but I do agree the piranha plant would be amazing,
