When I became dead no ui opens, instead lightning altar still damage my dead character and enemies. 

Seems I can't even leave expedition without cleaning save files.

ALSO I already defeat Leach once, so i must have chance to ressurect instead of death.

Just had this exact issue too of dying at the same time as defeating the last enemy and the game soft locking.
