Basically how you achieve this is slide forward, hold w, hold ctrl, (spam spacebar, only when in air) and d or a reaaaally fast. It also makes the gameplay really chunky, but not fps wise as you can see when looking at the timer.
With this you could easily beat any speedrun, if you utilize it right... right?
