i am not sure exactly how the dignity and purity meters work or what they even do (I understand they unlock scenes but how) and I'm trying to beat a boss but I can't because it says I gave no dignity left. Is there an easy way to farm dignity?

ok so I figured it out, you can farm dignity at the Arena in the town of Monsters, and I beat the Dark Knight amazing fight scene btw devs that was top tier skills you gave her, it might have just been my imagination but it played almost like an anime sword fight in my head with all the dodging and stuff that was epic
