Hello, we are a small team of 3 friends (designer/programmer/musician, programmer, writer) looking for someone who would join us on a Cyberpunk passion project (very serious hobby kind of a thing which we are hoping to evolve into something more.). In a nutshell, you are a talented 2D artist (with or without experience in animation - doesn't matter, as long as you're interested to learn).

For context, we are all working full-time (2x IT and Finance/Trader.) hoping to escape the 9-5 grind and do our own thing. We are working on the game "part-time", basically in our free time, so to make it perfectly clear we most definitely don't expect you to work on this full-time either, we are not quitting our jobs or anything like that.

I guess most of all, we are not just looking for a collaborator, but someone who will become our friend, a trustworthy person on-boarded as our equal. We don't care where you're from in particular, but if you're in the EU timezone or around that would make things a lot easier. Before some folks start poking my eyes out, as it makes no sense for a lot of people to work on anything for free - this is understandable, but holistically speaking, we are offering a chance to become your own person and a lead in your field if and when we transition into a real business. At the end of the day, the 3 of us are working for free as well and trust me when I say, we are not quitters.
