umm i was looking around in files and at somepoint i found a file saying oculus what is it used for:i want ideas maybe or an actual answer.

Those are files that Unreal Engine 4 packages by default. It doesn't mean anything. However, it's not to say that I don't plan on having VR support further down the future.
