Now my question is how can I find out what my status is with each individual kingdom.

Like how much they like/hate me of or whether we are at peace/war or what our trading standing is?

You're at peace with every country. There is no war system yet. ;)
You can talk with Theremis for political options to change the trading standing with other countries.
