They're in the same dungeon as the water spirit. If you explore the dungeon a bit, you'll find an ice and lava area where the orbs are located at the end. Once those are taken care off, the iron gate in the north from where the water spirit is will open and you can get to a thrid area.

when in sinasoka I entered the dungeon and there was an iron door, I tried to enter but it was locked to the left of the iron door there were 4 caves, all of my caves entered but in cave 3 from the left there was one button that I couldn't press because there was no way then I Entering cave number 4 there is a stone and the stone can't be pushed and I'm confused how to do it
