Downloaded the demo version. I tried the USB method with a phoenix cable and DX6i and failed as I was told but couldn't bring myself to accept. Then scratching around in my dusty spare parts bin I found an old Art-tech Flight Simulator VII USB cable of unknown vintage. To my absolute amazement it worked along with the instructions https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwSDHIR7yDwSaHNwcmZuQm1NeG8/view However a few of my channels were incorrectly assigned so using this great video for a Taranis put me on the right track. Best bit starts at about 10 minutes. https://youtu.be/XlR5eqm1aKE?t=593 Maybe I am thick but without it I wouldn't have known how to re-assign channels from within the program.

I then bought it and to my surprise all my settings & calibration were migrated adopted from the demo version. Yeah.

Great job for 5 bucks. Thank you.

BTW: in LOS can you enlarge the model or can the camera follow? It becomes a speck very quickly.

Great, glad to hear you got it working!

In LOS you can have autozoom enabled to get a bit better view of the quad far away. Autozoom is selected in the custom settings.

It still gets small pretty quick though. In Freerider Recharged there is also the ability to set the LOS viewpoint position.
