I found this but I haven't played with Blender in decades and it was initimidating back then. Is there a simple workflow that can get assets from the forge to Roblox Studio?

Asset Forge exports models as OBJ, FBX, DAE (Collada), STL and glTF. If Roblox supports one of these file formats you'll be able to import them.
