I have been playing on the mobile version for a while now, and I think I understand most things in the game. I just wanted to ask: What do the intergalactic quests actually do? None of them seem to have any large effect, apart from "Gift Of Perceptive" which flips the board a few times, and 'Gift Of Madness', which sets everyones goal to "All Will be Ashes". I just wanted to know what all the other quests do, out of curiosity.

They all have some effect, many of them marginal, some of the more effective :) There's a fan based initiative to document them here:
