how can I transfer saved games from IOS to pc? where is cloud saved?

It is possible to play a saved game between IOS and pc ? I know how to save on pc but not on IPAD or Android. please help. tks.

You can save to cloud and copy the ID to load it on PC. This is why save to cloud was created in the first place.
