Feedback wanted!

Hey all! So Blox was just released on itch.io. The game is in early access now, and still have alot more to add. It would be great to get some feedback before fully launching.

A short description of Blox : Blox is a online, website block builder, taking on challenges and having creative freedom to place blocks, paint, share, all while presenting in a nice format and easy to understand. Giving people freedom to get creative.

What are peoples thoughts about the game?

What vibe or feel does it give?

Does it feel repetitive? if so why and how do you think it could be better?

What do you love or hate about Blox?

Would you spend money on Blox?

Do you think a battlepass would be a good thing to add?

PvP against other players, does this idea sound fun? for example, a time attack to build the challenge as fast as possible.

Finally any other comments you have will be much much appreciated.

Thank you :)

I can't answer the vibe or repetition questions honestly: on the guest path I stopped at the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkboxes rather than accept terms on a machine that isn't mine, so I never placed a block. Saying that rather than guessing.

I did open the itch page, and there's something there worth fixing before a full launch.

Your embed is 740x460, and what sits inside it is the bloxbuilder.io landing page rather than the game — that document is 3,249px tall, so an itch visitor sees the top 14% of it. "PLAY" does fall inside the cut (325-381px). But "Free to play" is clipped at the 460px edge, and "scroll to explore" (475px) and "Best played on desktop" (487px) are both below it, invisible. The second PLAY button is at 3,032px.

The iframe is also served with scrolling="no", so the "scroll to explore" cue points at something the frame won't do. itch's embed settings have a Scrollbars option for oversized projects, and a "Click to launch in fullscreen" mode that drops the fixed size altogether.

Minor: "bloxbuilder.io" in your description is plain text, not a link.

Hi, Pixelkiln. Thanks for your time to help. Totally understand if you don't want to accept those terms. Yes I did see the clipping too, I will fix that the moment i finish writing this. Ahh yes the scroll issue, i didn't even realise, and the link, ill have all these fixed immediately. Any help is appreciated! many many thanks :)

Edit - All have been fixed. Thank you again!
