1. I want to change my name
If you are using a preset save, you can change your name by using the ID machine in Gloomy Forest, near the club
2. I want to use my mouse to move the character!
The mouse is disabled because it can cause bugs to appear if you use it on the overworld map. If you really want to use a mouse do this:
-Open plugins.js inside the "Small On Top/www/js" folder. I recommend using Notepad++, but you can use others.
-Scroll down to line 58, it should look something like this:
"name":"Cae_NoTouchMove","status":true,
Change the true to false. Do this at your own risk. I recommend copying the file somewhere else if something goes wrong, so you can replace the edited file with the old one.
3. I want to play on my phone.
I don't have a phone version of this game, I've tried to do it multiple times, but I can get it to work. The good news though, you can play the game perfectly by using Joiplay. If you want to play the game on your Android, I recommend looking into Joiplay and how to use it.
4. My saves don't work! I saved but it's not there when I open the game again.
If you saved the game and didn't unrar/unzip the files, the saves won't actually save because ZIP and RAR files can't be changed. You need to unrar/unzip the files first!
5. I want to use my save from 0.15 or before.
I'm sorry to say that you might find bugs if you do that. I can't plan ahead for every single change that'll happen in a year so I can't make builds compatible with previous phase versions. That is why the game comes in phases where the next 3 versions you can bring saves from the previous build to the next one. I also have preset-saves in the game files so you don't have to start from the beginning. See the Saves file to see where the saves are saved.
