2-3 years ago I played this game on my old PC (GTX 1080). Everything was fine, 60 fps with normal GPU load. After some updates (0.8 or 0.7), the fps dropped due to the maximum load on the video card. Disabling shadows didn't even help much. The problem was the base lighting. Outside the base, everything was fine and a stable 60 fps. Inside the base, it depended on the number of lamps turned on. No graphics settings improved the situation, and switching to an ultrawide monitor made it worse. Not long ago, I built a computer from scratch and thought that now there would be no problems. Maybe it's because AMD cards perform worse in this game. But I definitely didn't expect the 9070XT to be fully loaded when locked at 60 fps. The situation is similar to the last one. I don't understand what's so magical about this lighting in the base that it's been bending computers so much for so long. Disabling shadows completely at the base allows you to achieve 60 frames per second, but the video card consumption drops to 250 watts or so, with a maximum consumption of 330. This seems like a joke to me. Having lighting at the base but not using it?
