I'm not a huge vampire-genre fan, but I have had a lot of fun playing Sanguis Sanctus.  The rules are fast and easy to learn and play (like other Borg-likes), and the setting has enough detail to keep the story flowing, while not hampering the emergent story.

Definitely a recommend from me!

Thanks! Really glad you enjoyed it!

Hey, Novecento, darthvegan brought up something interesting in his playthrough. The city encounter table seems weighted for the most common encounters to be the toughest ones, while the others (2 and 12) are more reasonable. Was that intentional?

Hey Jake!
Yes, it was indeed intentional. I wanted to give the "rarest" results some sort of "reward": you get a simpler fight.
With that being said, cities are always dangerous, so I would keep my guard up even when you are dealing with a single bandit!

Thanks for replying! That was exactly what darthvegan thought, that vampires in cities are more powerful.

Appreciate the explanation!
