Searching Character artists and Background artists

i am the leader of team gravity, a small game dev team. we are making our first game WEEB HACKERS!. its a visual novel about a hacker team in a dictation version of japan. the game is about doing missions to free japan, solve puzzles, make important decisions that will affect the story and go through folders and decoding files. our goal is to make a visual novel that has a good story, interesting characters, and make it so it is more than just reading. we want weeb hackers to be as interactive as possible

we are searching for character artists. we have three main characters and a few side characters that may only rare (dont need many sprites)

we are also searching for background artists. both kind of artists will be paid.

the time schedule is very relaxed, and we dont care if you need longer or something
