"Snowfort" was the old name for Witton. I fixed it in the walkthrough.
In Witton you need to go into one of the fort buildings (inside the big wall) and go down the stairs. There will be a guard in front of a hole in the wall. Talk with him to make him go to the side and enter the dungeon via the hole.
