I cannot build butcher on the world map.

I am using a android to play renryuu, and I dont know why, i cannot build a butcher on the world map. Whenever i was upgrade the farm for breeding the pigs or i was upgrade the farm until max state, its still cannot build the butcher.

Is there any keys to build butcher? I need to build butcher, because its so important for other upgrade or using to boost moral of soldier.

I think there is a mistake in the event, as you need to produce pigs and paper to build the butcher. I can't remember why I added a condition for paper, most likely it sneaked in there by accident. :D I removed the condition for the next update. You can wait for the update or else try to see if it works when you make the production for paper.

I have both pig and paper production up but still can't build it. Feelsbadman

have you upgrade until max state? I have unlocked the butcher until the paper production got max state.
