Yeah having the same issue can't find whats causing it though.
You need a videocard compatible with directx 12 to run the game properly
My graphics card is compatible with directx 12 yet I still have the issue.
So it seems that you need to have windows 10 to run the game since it has directx 12. I have windows 8.1 which uses directx 11. It seems the solution is just to get windows 10.
I'm not upgrading for a game sorry don't trust windows 10 nothing is worth using that garbage
I got you homie, If the game is non-steam Right Click on it Properties>Target, click to the end then Press Space and type -dx11
