happy new year everyone!

i released loopy v1.0 today!

it's a minimalist ogg vorbis player that, like the name suggests, plays ogg files on repeat. for some weird reason all of the media players i've used all had a stutter when looping a song from the end to beginning, so i made this. it has a playlist and customizable controls, i even added pitch and glitch keys for fun. lastly there is network support so you can have multiple computers sync music with loopy (loopies?), experimental but fun imo.

something odd happened when making loopy. i didn't realize how much i would love looping music until that immersion breaking stutter was gone. suddenly video game music and "loop friendly" songs are overall more enjoyable! i almost want to claim to game developers that listening to vgm while developing a game promotes good mood and inspiration, least that's what loopy does for me.

i hope you enjoy!
