I capture my image and then double click to confirm. After that it says "ready to capture the paint controls area; press f10 to start", I press f10 and nothing happens and it's just stuck like this. How do I fix it so that i can capture the paint control area?

Hello there! That sounds like an issue with Rustangelo auto-capturing the paint control area. Try turning off the Always Remember paint controls area in Options. This should allow you to manually capture the coordinates. Let me know if that doesn't fix it. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue and I tried turning off Always Remember paint controls but it doesn't help. I load my image, click on paint, but F10 does nothing. I can't select the area to paint on the sign.

But it does lock up my computer really good :p 

I have to end task it. BTW, I bought the pro version a few years ago and it doesn't seem to save my key either.
