I'm not sure why but the game has frozen twice, both times in Rubyro's dungeon. The first time was after a Fire Mage used Heatwave during battle and the second was right before the third boss who I'm assuming was Rubyro himself. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but both times have caused me to lose a lot of progress and I really don't want it to happen again to me or to anyone else. I'm still unsure why the game keeps freezing and yes I'm aware of the irony that the game is FREEZING in the FIRE dungeon.

Is it possible that you accidentally pressed CTRL in those situations? Because that hides/unhides the text box, and makes it so that the game essentially pauses. Since there are text boxes that pop up during those fights as well, that might be it. Next time, try pressing CTRL again, and see if that helps. Also, the third boss in the fire dungeon is called Flameron. Rubyro is the guy who comes afterwards.
