Mac Question

I completely understand that you can't provide support for Macs, but I have been having an issue when making clothes for clients that causes dots to appear and it is impossible to figure out what they mean exactly so I can't successfully complete anything. I'll try to include pics. This wasn't an issue back when Neil was the only completed route and there were only a few of Dimitri's chapters on there. I haven't played in what feels like forever, and I was so obsessed with this game back then. I really miss it, and I'm wondering if it's possible to make it so people with Macs can still at least read the story without having to worry about clients? Like if there's something related to that under the "Gift" option, can someone let me know? Obviously, I'd prefer to play it with the clients, but it is impossible right now. I just really want to get back into the story. ): A part of me wishes I didn't update the game back then, but also I wouldn't be able to read any of the new routes.

This is a bug with the masking not working for patterns. Basically, your computer can't handle the processing.

It is something however, that can be fixed! Unfortunately we're unable to test out any fixes ourselves, as we don't run into this issue. If you are willing to lend us your support, we can try and patch up the bug, have you test it to see if it still persists, and continue working on a patch that fixes this issue. We do need your cooperation though :)

Please join the Discord and let me know in the #techsupport channel that you're available to bug test with us! I'd like to squash this bug.

Responding to this topic that we figured out the issue and a solution! Turns out WebGL wasn't enabled.

I'll be updating the game to include this fix :)

Turns out I can't include this fix with the game, as it actually breaks stuff for those that don't have the bug. If you experience missing patterns, or patterns overlaying on top of clothes incorrectly (like a big square), then you should try and turn on hardware acceleration in your browser (like Chrome). You can find instructions here: https://www.lifewire.com/hardware-acceleration-in-chrome-4125122

Restart your computer, then try and run the game again. If that still doesn't work, you can contact me for the fix, you can join the Discord here and I'll hand out further instructions.

Round of applause for Celianna and the brilliant programmer!! 馃憦馃憦馃憦
