Part of the reason I want to believe a Junji Ito pinball machine exists is because it would be such a good theme.

What features would you like the machine to have?

For me, I want there to be 3 of these dotted around that lock in your ball if you hit them.

When you hit the 3rd one you unlock multiball. Inspired by The Enigma of Amigara Fault obviously.
