Okay, I checked the script and found nothing wrong with his event code, BUT ... I found that the code for changing Sebastian's status back from being gone was missing. Perhaps your game still thinks he is gone.
For now, until I patch the game, try playing Collin's route with only partial story (not full story/Sebastian's story - it's the middle option when starting a new game).
Yeah i think you found the issue. I had the same problem with wizz route at event apology. I started both routes after Sebastians story was finished. When i get to wizz event apology, before sebastian leaves, all works fine. I'll check colins route too in a bit, but i think the issue will be gone too. Thanks for your help.
