I've been playing the game since 1.5 and still don't understand why condoms are needed in stores, since sex with a condom works just as well without them. Maybe I'm wrong about something.

Anna's initial condom sex, and Himari's condom break scenes use it for the initial time. Thats the only use at the moment.
