Just wondering, knowing that each main character has their own skilltree, is it possible to max them out. If not then what is the max level with the maximum amount of skill points you can have?

Yes, it's possible to max out all skilltrees. You can use the "Skillstone" items to get additional skillpoints. Since those can be farmed in raids and special events, you have an unlimited amount of possible skillpoints.
