How can I get normal flat terrain ? (just grass on the whole area) There is a Sculpt, but it makes terrain goes only up (or I don't know how to use it:)

How can I have normal flat terrain to create on it? And then create place for river for example - lowering terrain?

Please help?

there is a flat terrain at the bottom of the terrain menu

as for how to sculpt, have you checked the tutorial video?
