Any ideas or just a bug. I thiught there were bug topics.

Could you send us your Saved folder so we can look into this further?

Navigate to your AvenColony/Saved folder inside your Aven Colony install folder (NOT the one inside the Engine folder).
ZIP up that entire Saved folder.
Attach it to your bug report, or, if that proves impossible, upload it to a file-sharing service such as DropBox or Box.com and send us a link to download it. info@mothership-entertainment.com

I had the freeze occur twice more so I uninstalled game, deleted reg entries and folders and reinstalled it. No problems since.
