Hi, just bought it and itch now shows me a security warning "This page has been quarantined".

Of course I ignored it, but just letting you know.

I think it's safe to ignore these. Itch keep sending these out on occasion, even though I've reached out to ask them to stop. 
I guess it's an automated warning that gets triggered by mistake
