Double frame amount on gif export

Hello! First of, amazing software, have toyed around with it for a while now.

My issue right now is that whenever I'm exporting an animation as a gif, the resulting file has doble the amount of frames than it should have.

The timeline has the amount of frames I require, and everything plays nicely with the preview, but once the export is done, the resulting file looks "slowed" thanks to the larger number of frames. It doesn't matter if I change the lenght of the animation or the speed; the end result has double the amount of frames requested. Even exporting a Sample Project runs into this issue, so I have no idea what is causing this problem.
