About a year ago, I had an android phone. During that time, I can't remember how I did it, but I was downloading games off itch and other platforms like it to play them on my device and I made sure that I downloaded the android version of each game file. so during the time all I had to do was download off that platform go to my files and when I downloaded it, it would download it onto my phone, and ask if it wanted to synthesize the file with whatever app I was using to synthesize the game files.

now l use an apple iPhone 16 Pro. I've been trying to figure out how to do the same system so l can continue playing these games I love. With it and similar platforms, I can just download the Apple version of the game file instead of the android. I'm having trouble synthesizing the app. Once I have it in my files, I have it, but I can't play it. All I have is the game files such as character lines and pictures.

if anyone does the same thing I do, could you maybe help me figure out how to turn the game files l've downloaded into a playable app on my phone?
