A brilliant game idea that forces you to think. I only wish there was a reason you'd want to interact with enemies. Maybe some EXP counter?
I don't know how I'd implement that well. My current idea is to string together the games of Scoundrel into a sort of roguelike. Maybe a deckbuilder of some kind, but I'm not sure how I'd incentivize putting enemies into your deck
update: I've been thinking on it, I could put a required score you need to reach. Enemies killed give score, so you need them in your deck
