Issue with the camera spinning around infinitely, makes the game unplayable

I just downloaded the game, but the moment after I exit the character creator, the camera just spins around which makes it unplayable. I can't turn it off or anything either. Lowering the mouse sensitivity somewhat helps, but that can make fighting enemies very difficult. Even at 0, the camera still spins, but it's not as bad. Still impossible to play without getting a headache though.

I was looking so much forward to playing it too, so this is just very disappointing that it has a bug like this.

standard unity bug. unplug/ disconnect all controllers, including VR.

Sorry for the late response, but I did that and it did not work. I don't think it's a unity problem. (especially when I have played plenty of Unity games recently and none of them have this issue) Don't have any VR, just my PS4 controller. Unplugged it, and it still kept spinning.

just because it's not hit you in something else using the engine does not mean it is not a standard engine bug. just pick a unity title and google it with "camera will not stop spinning."

anyhow, you may need to fully uninstall the controller.

also, to be clear, /any/ input device can do this outside of mouse and keyboard. this is why i mentioned VR. if you have /any/ other input devices, disconnect and uninstall them.
