[Help Wanted] Programmers & Animators for 3D Adventure Game (Unreal/Unity, Rev-Share or Freelance)

Hey guys!
I’m currently building a 3D adventure game with both first-person and third-person mechanics, and the coding and animation are kicking my ass!  I’m looking to bring a few talented people on board to help bring it to life.

What I’m Looking For

  • Programmers – coding experience in Unreal Engine or Unity (either works, open to discussion). Core systems like player movement, camera switching, interaction, and gameplay mechanics.

  • Animators – able to rig and animate characters, focusing on fluid movement, combat, and environmental interactions.

About the Project

  • Team Size Goal: 3–4 people (small, tight-knit crew).

  • My Role: I’m handling story, worldbuilding, modeling, texturing, and rigging.

  • Collaboration: I’m very open to ideas - specifically game design —this is a team effort, not a one-person show.

  • Compensation: Rev-share is the main approach, but if you’d prefer freelance (paid) and we click, I’m open to that conversation.

Why Join?

This is a chance to help shape a game from the ground up, rather than just being dropped into a nearly finished project. If you love adventure games, experimenting with hybrid perspectives (first/third person), and building something unique with a small but dedicated group, this could be a great fit.
