Assuming you mean the concrete poles scattered around the map, they are simply just stationary spots for you to place cameras, there isn't anything special about them.
We can assume that these are geodetic markers or anchors for installing radio telescopes, considering the size of the radio telescope grid and the fact that they must be positioned very precisely. And we are in the mountains, after all.
