Project Skarria is a game manual and guidebook for the Skarria round-based play-by-post game and setting. This rules-light game system is designed for asynchronous strategic games, for players who may be too busy to read through a manual of rules but want to negotiate interstellar trade agreements on their lunch breaks.

In the Skarria setting, players create and take the roles of factions struggling to achieve their goals after their predecessors fled the Milky Way Galaxy due to a day trading AI gone rogue. In the Phoenix Galaxy, these factions have discovered a planet with a resource that might be the edge they need against their ancient enemy. And now, it's being auctioned off.
