Recently made a switch to MacOS and I just noticed that the Timefactor (Mono) algorithm is no longer available? Same problem both using VST3 and AU.
Unfortunately this particular algorithm is not available on Apple Silicon, because the third party vendor providing the algorithm never made it available. Sorry :(
