Import error: GameObject does not contain a definition

Sorry everyone, I am really new to this, trying to import PowerQuest to Unily for the first time. I followed the instructions on the getting started page.

After the import Unily shows this error message:

Assets\PowerQuest\Scripts\CharacterPreview.cs(48,24): error CS0117: 'GameObject' does not contain a definition for 'FindFirstObjectByType'

It does not come up with the PowerQuest window and the "set it up" button.

I am using Unily 2020.3 and PowerQuest 0.19.4 from Dec 18 2024.

Thank you
Thorsten

Check you're on the latest v2020.3 and not an older one. That should be it.
