Is it normal that sometimes the items dropped by enemies, boxes, etc, disappear?

Even the keys to the floor boss room disappear, they go through the floor and I have to save, quit the game, come back in and load the game to find the key. Is that normal?

PD: I have the paid version for android.

This only occurs in the Android version, and thank you for reminding me about it. There seems to be a problem with collision profiles for Android versions of UE4 games, I'll see if I can add a bit of code to the next Android version that pops items back up to floor level if they pass it.

I would really appreciate it if you could fix that little detail and by the way, could you add taller walls? Or anything to prevent leaving the rooms, because several enemies have already pushed me off the map hahaha 😅
