Follower groups?

I was able to find this somehow when I played before, but it was a long time and now I can't remember.  How do I assign follower groups for the one-click group switching?  Not finding anything clear on UI and wiki doesn't say anything that I've found.

Thanks!

EDIT: Found it with some work.  If you assign your followers normally, then go to the Followers menu (crossed swords), the arrow next to the "Support" banner can be clicked to bring up "Groups"

There's something where when you go to an individual NPCs page you can click a 'move' button. And that can move them. There's also a button to assign current NPC group (servant page summary of 8) to the follower page (4). BUT it seems its incomplete. I've asked about this and haven't gotten an answer. Like you can assign the current group of 4 combat followers. But it needs an interaction button there so you can still intract with them if you have different npcs on that summary page of the 8 servants group (that has interact buttons). I can't see how to go intereact with a 2nd page of the NPCs (recruited) page and how to flip through them either, either for the work npcs that work for you or for the combat group of 4 followers page. Without that working right the game gets unplayable... :S

And nobody will answer me on it either.

I found that to make this game work right you have to use the zoom setting in the browser settings. If you don't then buttons and even parts of the map will be cut off. This especially affects the follower and recruited npc tabs. I think this might help you to know. This idea also solved many questions I had about the game that people weren't able to answer.

When playing this game, I always max out my browser page and then zoom to the level that I 'm confortable with. Doesn't sound like an app issue, to me.
