I'm trying to get back into playing but can't remember any of the controls like how to open the map or fast travel. I haven't found a controls menu in-game.
The map plus fast travel is an ingame item you get once you reach Shiptown. You have to "use" it in your inventory in the "Key Usables" section. The rest is standard RPGMaker controls: Arrow Keys or the numpad for moving up, down, left and right, Enter or Spacebar to select/interact with stuff, Shift to run/walk and Ctrl to hide/unhide text boxes, F4 for fullscreen, Esc for the menu.
