Hello, I am writing to report a kind of bug or failure in the game, when I downloaded it and started the game it tells me that I do not have the complete of unityplayer.dll file and that I need it to start the application, I downloaded it and put it in the game files folder, but even when I start the game again I still get the same message, because I restarted the computer and I still get the same message.

I don't know what to do next and that's why I'm writing to know what to do or to report if this is a bug in the game, since I really want to try the game.

Hi Hikaru,

Thank you so much for reaching out and letting us know about the issue — and we're really sorry to hear you're having trouble launching the game!

The error you're encountering with unityplayer.dll usually points to either:

  1. A missing or corrupted file during download or extraction.

  2. Antivirus or security software mistakenly quarantining or deleting the file.

  3. Running the game outside of its original folder structure or missing dependencies.

Since most other players are able to play without issues, it's likely something specific to the installation or system environment.

Could you please try the following steps?

  1. Delete your current game folder completely.

  2. Redownload the game from the official source (Steam, Itch.io, etc.).

  3. Before launching the game, make sure your antivirus or Windows Defender hasn’t flagged or removed any files. If possible, add the game folder to the "exclusion list" of your antivirus.

  4. Do not move the .exe or any files outside of the main folder.

  5. Try launching the game again.

If you’re still encountering the same error after trying all that, feel free to send us a screenshot of the error message or let us know more about your system setup (Windows version, antivirus used, etc.) — we’re happy to help further!

We really appreciate your interest in the game and we’d love to get it running for you soon 🧡

Also try updating your VGA driver too thank you :D

Disclaimer: This is just my personal method — you can use it as a reference, but I can’t guarantee anything.

Sometimes, when I download and unzip a file, my antivirus mistakenly flags some files as viruses and auto-deletes them — which can cause issues.
The same thing can also happen during the installation process.

So, what I do is temporarily disable my antivirus/Windows Defender during unzipping and installation, and then turn it back on after everything is complete.

Important: This is just what I personally do. If you try it, make sure to scan your device thoroughly afterward to ensure nothing harmful slipped through while the protection was off.

Thanks
